Use of this site

Planet Viewer's 3D models, planetary telemetry, and field notes are provided for educational and personal use, free of charge. You're welcome to reference the figures shown here, but the site's text and design should not be republished wholesale elsewhere.

Accuracy of data

Radius, mass, distance, and rotation figures are drawn from public astronomical datasets. We try to keep them current, but they're provided as-is without warranty of perfect precision — always cross-check figures for academic or professional use.

Performance

The 3D viewer relies on your device's WebGL support. Rendering quality and frame rate will vary by browser and hardware, and we can't guarantee smooth performance on every GPU, particularly older or integrated graphics.
